Camps begin in Girona, Menorca, Reus and Sabadell.

Police raids Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona, and Ricard Vinyes, Lleida. "Non-violent, massive and selfdeterminated" actions in front of the Catalan Parliament. During the day, Police strikes at least six times against protesters- One of the raids ends with 7 arrested people as outcome. 4000 protesters surround the park in order to block the meeting on budget cuts. Moments of tension while some parlamentaries enter by foot through the crowd, being pushed around and spat by the protesters. Other Congressmen are backed up with police vans and a helicopter. The amendments to all budgets are rejected thanks to the votes of the CiU, PP and independent Congressman Joan Laporta, representing 30% of the electorate and 20% of the Catalan population. There was no word about the budget reductions in the electoral programs. An assembly convened at 1 pm decides to leave the park and march towards Sant Jaume Square. At 6 pm, more than a 1000 protesters peacefully staged a massive sit-in.
